Unveiling The Heart
of Our Passion

About..

I have worked in early childhood education for over a decade - guiding and supporting children through some of their most important developmental years. It has been a privilege introducing them to the wonders of nature.
Whether it’s moving our bodies joyfully, reaching growth milestones, or finding quiet moments of peace, I love exploring ways to foster a balanced "toolbox" for kids, which they can use anytime digital or real life feel overwhelming.

Our walks inspire mindful moments, guiding us to reconnect with nature, nurture our well-being, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence in a tech driven world.

I’m passionate about both mental and physical health, but not in a "fix yourself" kind of way. Growth over perfection, small steps over big promises.

This will always be a safe space.

2019
The Spark Of Inspiration
The inspiration comes from frustrations I’ve personally experienced from spending too much time in front of screens. Back pain, hand cramps, eye strain, bad posture, distraction and addictive tendencies were just some side effects I felt. I didn't know how big of an impact my behavior had until I noticed the kids I cared for doing the same. I noticed meltdowns, tantrums and violent outbursts when small children are refused an iPad. This was alarming in many ways. I decided to create a fun way to get kids off screen and into nature.

Expansion and Innovation
In 2022, the challenges of Covid and the rise of 'Tech Plague' helped expand Anaturewalk. Parents worked from home, glued to their screens and kids were doing the same with online classes. We had fully immersed ourselves in the digital world, and it showed.

2025
A New Era of Exploration
Nature is the rare sanctuary where we can relax, heal and grow. At Anaturewalk, we’re helping kids, especially those with ADHD, connect with nature, themselves, and others in ways that digital screens just can’t offer. Our walks support children ages 1 to 14 in building confidence, improving posture, sparking curiosity, and promoting overall health. We learn to overcome challenges in ways that excite instead of scare, while having fun and learning new things.
