Service Description

Designed to be a "party walk" in nature, filled with joyful movement and playful exploration. Best for children with high energy. Connecting to Body: We'll explore mindful movement like stretching and posture to help children become more aware of their bodies and how they move through space.​ Connecting to Each Other: Through gentle prompts like maintaining eye contact, comfortably holding hands (with consent), and encouraging talking to each other, we help children build social awareness and strengthen their bonds.​ Connecting to Our Senses: Kids will be invited to truly immerse themselves in the outdoors by using their senses encouraging them to look closely at nature's details, touch different textures, and smell the unique scents of the environment.​ ​Climbing (safely, of course): Encouraging strength and confidence on natural features like gentle inclines or sturdy logs. ​Dancing & Twisting: Expressing themselves freely through movement, enhancing coordination and body awareness. ​Singing: Filling the trails with happy tunes, boosting mood and fostering a sense of fun and community. Exploring: Discovering hidden nooks, fascinating plants, and exciting sights, sparking curiosity and a love for the natural world.
