Disconnect to connect-

It’s no secret that our kids over indulge in social media, video games and television.

It’s hard for them to control their screen time just as much as it is for parents and teachers

to get them to log off. We know that overconsumption of the online world leads to physical and mental distress.

At TechPlague, our mission is to to help children and young adults develop good habits online and offline- so that they can live prosperous and happy lives.

We are committed to providing education, resources, and support to ensure our children are growing up in a healthy environment.

Our children are our future. Their health is our wealth. We have the power to protect them and lead them in the right direction.

Do your kids exhibit repeated signs of;

Mental Fatigue

a state of tiredness that sets in when your brain's energy levels are depleted.

Eye Strain

a condition that occurs when your eyes get tired from intense staring at computer screens and other digital devices.

Sleep Deprivation

exposure to blue-wavelength light from computer and phone screens affects sleep by suppressing melatonin and causing neurophysiologic arousal.

Low Self Esteem

social media use correlates to increased risks of depression, low self-esteem, loneliness, and anxiety.

I offer services to help children, parents, and schools navigate the ever-growing digital world -

These services include outdoor walks and education that focus on understanding negative effects of technology overconsumption, building better relationships, and cultivating real life adventure. Balance between digital and real world is crucial to children's development.

We promote curiosity, independence and empathy.

Your child will observe nature and learn about different things that live in their environment.

They will have space to run around and burn off energy in a healthy way.

We will listen to birds and try to imitate their sounds.

Collect rocks and flowers found on the trail.

If old enough, they will climb trees with the support of an adult.

Digital Walk for Kids

1 hour adventure

Do your kids spend too much time watching videos online?

Do they grab their ipad the moment they come home from school?

Sometimes you just can't say no - you have errands to run, food to make, work to do.

A healthy dose of technological consumption is good for kids, but when it starts affecting their behavior - it creates long term problems for you and your child.

You understand what they watch has an immense effect on their development.

So, why not incorporate a digital nature walk into their after school routine? If they're going to be watching the ipad anyway, let it be something that will promote healthy growth.

Instead of watching random Youtube videos, your child can go on an interactive digital adventure in nature.

This sparks curiosity, feeds wonder, promotes critical thinking, and allows your child to be in a safe digital space while looking at beautiful nature.

Schedule a call to learn how we can collectively help your child thrive in this fast paced tech infested environment.

Personalized Walks

Instead of scrolling on their phones, children will be able to connect to nature while learning about different trees, plants, animals, and bugs that we encounter on our path- while feeding their curiosity and adventurous side.

We will climb, jump, skip and run in order to burn off energy.

Parents will receive 5-10 photos from our adventure.
