On top of Mali Konjuh - elevation 1191 meters.
We came across this 75 year old man who has been hiking the mountain for years.
When asked what the secret for his long endurance is, he replied with three simple but important habits;
Organic food - 80% of his food intake comes from his own vegetable garden.
Physical activity-he walks at least 5 hours each day and breathes in fresh air.
Never smoking a cigarette in his life-that's a given.
He also added that certain hardships in life, like losing his brother and fighting in the Balkan war helped him realize a special priority in life- that of true friendship.
Prioritizing a healthy lifestyle and truly enjoying nature helps him view life with magical joy glasses only few are so lucky to see through.
